About Us
Who we are and what we do
We are a group of education and clinical professionals who have worked extensively in mental health and education. We bring a wide range of knowledge experience and skills to our work. By cross fertilising our skills and in collaboration with the staff, parents and students we work with, we believe we bring a truly holistic and evidence based approach to the teaching and training that we offer.

Meet the Team
Welcome to Full Circle.

Dr Clare Short
Full Circle Co-Founder & Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Dr. Clare Short is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who has worked for many years within NHS Mental health services. Since since leaving the NHS she has focused her attention on teaching and training on mental health as well as delivering reflective practice within schools and education.

Opportunities within education to step back and take a moment to reflect are often rare but, when possible, contribute to the welfare of all, including children and their families.

Dr Short is concerned about the rising mental health crisis and believes that there are ways that we can address this collectively; that we all have a part to play and can make a difference when we work together.

Frankie Duggan
Full Circle Co-Founder & University Placements Lead
Frankie has taught yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes and courses since 2000. Like many yoga teachers, she has done lots of additional training since she first qualified to teach. She particularly enjoys working with women at all stages of life, people with persistent pain, and those living with cancer/terminal illness.
In her teaching and in her own practice, she has come to appreciate the deep wisdom of working gently and attentively with the body and breath. It's a profound way of learning to relate to the whole of ourselves more intelligently and kindly.
Since 2020, she has designed and delivered bespoke programmes for students and professionals in medicine and education.
